In his undergraduate final year project, Li Qishen worked on developing a lightning strike protection lightweight material with carbon fiber reinforcement polymer (CFRP). The research aimed to enhance through-thickness electrical conductivity of the fabricated composites, which consisted of interwoven wire fabric and conductive non-woven fabric. During his free time, he likes playing badminton and running. He was a MSc research project student in the group from August 2022 to December 2023.
